Thank you for shopping with Better Every Day Company! Many of our products are created especially for you, and we want you to know what to expect after placing your order.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products require no shipping. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive access to your digital download electronically. No physical product will be mailed for digital-only purchases.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Most of our physical products are made to order, which means production begins after your order is placed.
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary slightly depending on the product, personalization, order volume, and production partner.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method and carrier available for your order.
Shipping time is in addition to the 2–5 business day production time. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping provider, destination, shipping method, holidays, weather, and other carrier-related circumstances.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
PERSONALIZED & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Please double-check all names, dates, colors, sizes, personalization and other information before submitting your order. Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, production begins based on the information provided with your order.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced by different production partners and may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not necessarily receive your entire order in one shipment.
PLEASE NOTE
Estimated production and delivery dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays are outside of our direct control.
